  If you have an external system that stores e-mail addresses in a Microsoft SQL Server, Hermes Mail Management System can fetch and use those addresses.
   
• Handles incomplete or mal-formatted e-mail addresses
  Any addresses that do not verify as a valid SMTP E-Mail address by the server when sending the e-mail batch, will come back to you so you have a chance to correct it and resubmit your mail to the failed e-mail addresses.
   
• E-mail sending report
  When the Hermes Mail Management System server has sent your entire batch, you will receive an e-mail report detailing the amount of mail sent, the time it took, how many mails where sent per second and much more.
